Director of Photography

My work moves between Hollywood icons to adaptive athletes with spinal cord injuries. We all have stories shaped by the things that break us and the things that remake us. I try to meet each person where they are, without expectation, looking for the unguarded moments that connect us.

Whether I’m photographing a star, an athlete rebuilding a life, or a product crafted with the utmost attention to detail, the goal is to honor what’s in front of me. To make one frame where the inner light is revealed, reminding us that every person is carrying more than we ever see.

Bill has directed back to back entries at the Cannes Film Festival in 2011 and 2012, among other festivals.
